Mind Magic 2

I love this: it’s called “Neurobics”.

Neurobics is a term coined in 1999 by late neurobiologist Lawrence Katz, and it describes a concept wherein individuals can employ simple mental and physical exercises that enhance brain performance by growing new neurons and dendrites. The idea is that, by stimulating the brain with non-routine actions and sensations, new neural pathways are forged while the aging process of the brain is slowed down.

Here’s a tiny little “magic show” I threw together to illustrate a couple of ways I use neurobics. If nothing else, I think that, by trying out some of these ideas, you’ll notice an increase in your creativity — and maybe even in some of your abilities!

Enjoy!

Brand New IMAGING Demo (2012) 2

My brand new imaging demo contains bits and pieces from radio station imaging for WDSD, WWTX, WABC, and WFLA, and also contains portions of radio promos for Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, and TLC. There are also bits taken from Sportstime Ohio television spots I’ve voiced over the years.

Enjoy!
